Second time here and Shipra was amazing both times. She listens to what you want and shapes my eyebrows beautifully. In a beautiful plaza too with other things to do afterwards.

I work around the area & I needed to find a place to get my eyebrows done since the usual place I have gone to since I moved to Tracy is a little far to go during my lunch and I just found my new place!

I called to see if they had time to do a walk-in for my eyebrows and they told me to come in. There was only 2 people ahead of me but Shipra got me in the chair pretty quickly. She is very sweet, clean and thorough which i loved, and she pointed out that my left eyebrow was slightly off compared to my right (the last lady i went to kinda messed up on it and took too much and make it super thin). She explained that she was not going to fully do that side so that it can continue to grow out so that in a few weeks, she would be able to reshape my eyebrows and make them look more like sisters!

I am very thankful for her honesty and her plan to get my eyebrows back to the thickness they used to be!

I'm very happy with the service and I am so happy i found my new place to get my eyebrows done!

Went in for brow and lip threading and there was no wait as that is usually the case. There was a bit of a wait the last time I went but the owner was so good at making sure wait times were not that long and that everyone was seen in a timely manner.

The place is spacious and clean and the workers have been so nice and polite. My threading was done so quick but the work on my brows were great. I was very happy with how they turned out. I've been impressed with this place and I will definitely be back :)
